With over 35 years of experience, he has led transformative initiatives for the Government of India, driving innovation in environmental management. Jalla’s passion for sustainable development and extensive global insights make him an invaluable asset to Blue Earth Consulting.

Mr. Akash Sharma

Director (Finance/Administration)

Mr. Akash Sharma, Co-Founder of Blue Earth Consulting, is a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in finance and accounting. With over 12 years of experience serving with the Government of India, he has played a pivotal role in managing finances, procurement, administrative matters for environmental conservation projects. He is an experienced professional in World Bank projects and currently helping them in their due diligence processes.  Akash’s expertise in project management and government liaison contributes to the success of Blue Earth Consulting.

Dr. Somenath Bhattacharya

Dr. Somenath Bhattacharya, a highly regarded scientist in environmental sciences and coastal management, brings over 35 years of expertise. His areas of specialization include wetland management, water resources, environmental impact assessment, and sustainable development. Dr. Bhattacharya actively promotes sustainable coastal management practices, contributing his extensive knowledge in the field.

With a civil engineering background, he specializes in environmental laws, pollution control, Coastal Regulation Zone, and waste management.
